Consumer Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is defined as an individual purchasing for personal use, unrelated to business or professional activities.
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If you cancel your order within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note:
Emails regarding cancellations or changes are considered received only during our customer service hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time).
If your email is sent outside these hours and your order is processed and dispatched in the meantime, we cannot alter or cancel your order.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Underwear, shorts, and socks are excluded from the 15-day return policy. Please double-check sizing before placing your order.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer error or preference (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. These costs vary depending on the courier chosen.

We recommend sending returns with a tracking number for proof of shipment and receipt.
Returns sent without customer service confirmation or not following these guidelines will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
